What’s a blog without cats?
Apologies to followers. Remiss I am in not posting this entry sooner. Because what’s a blog – actually what’s anything in this world nowadays – without pictures of cats?
I found all the cats in this entry in Thailand. They were all pretty thin and flea-ridden.
That was hard to watch.
Surprisingly, I didn’t see a single cat in Bali and I was there for nearly a week.

The first time we were in Thailand (1993) the cats were pretty mangy and unphotogenic but in 2007 and 2011 they were fat and happy, and often decorative too…
The poor cats of Koh Tao had tons of fleas. Next time I go, I will take tubes of the anti-flea medication. A few drops near the neck and they’re flea free for a few months. Give them a short, but better quality of life.
